Galvin's Policies

ORDERING: Orders are currently placed by phone, fax, or mail, and can be sent in with our contact page. When ordering over the phone, please use the part numbers from our online catalog when possible. For fax or mail, please print our order form and please fill in all information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERING: Due to the differences in overseas addresses, please print our order form, and fax it or scan it to send it thru our contact page. You will be sent a quote for approval of your order and shipping amount, credit cards will not be charged until we receive your final approval. Any changes, and the quote will need to be resent. Most international orders will be sent thru the U.S. Postal Service, unless specified, or the item(s) exceed the size or weight limits of the Postal Service.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES: All returns must be received at AMC ACRES within 60 days of original invoice date, after that period the credit issued will be 50% of original invoice value prior to shipping charges. Returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice or a legible copy. Include original credit card number and expiration date on all transactions that utilized a card. NOTE: ALL RETURNED ITEMS RECEIVED WITHOUT THIS DOCUMENTATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AS GIFTS. Please return items in the original packaging when possible. Credit Card refunds can take up to 2 weeks after they are processed (this is based upon issuing bank policy, not by us), the credit money is taken out of our account the same day it is issued. When returning a used part, the amount of a refund is at the sole discretion of AMC ACRES, as all used parts are sold as is.

DAMAGE: Please inspect all parts upon arrival for damage in transit, they are inspected when packaged. We package these parts to best of our abilities to make it to your destination undamaged. We are not responsible for any damage incurred once your box is picked up from our location. If damage has incurred, we need be notified immediately, save all the packaging material, if possible take photos of damage. If box is damaged, please take a photo before opening. We will start the damage claim process for any items. AMC ACRES RAMBLER PARTS will not be responsible for any damages caused by shipping, theft, improper installation or handling, accidents, or abuse of part(s). We only offer the limited warranties supplied by the manufacturers of NEW parts. No warranty is offered on used parts, there is no way to tell when or if a used part will fail. AMC ACRES disclaims all other warranties expressed or implied.

WARRANTY: Defective items will be replaced after the bad unit has been received at AMC ACRES. To expedite an exchange,we can ship a replacement prior to receiving the defective unit. In this instance we will charge for the part only, and will issue refund when defective part has been received.

PAYMENTS: AMC ACRES accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover (and American Express  credit and debit cards. Money orders and checks must be drawn from U.S. Banks. We reserve the right to hold orders for 5 days if the check or money order amount exceeds $700.00. Please include full address and phone number when sending Checks and Money Orders. We do not accept Paypal payments. NOTICE: We do not keep credit card numbers on file, and will need the number for each new order.

BACK ORDERS: We will notify you of any item we are out of stock on at the time of your order. At that time, you can choose to be put on a back order list and we will let you know when the part is available. We will not automatically send out back-ordered parts without calling or e-mail (international orders only) for final approval before shipping and charging.

SHIPPING: We shop the best rate, Please advise if need expedited.

CRATING: Any orders canceled after part(s) have been crated, we will still charge the crate fee, as we have already prepared the part(s) for shipping. Crate fees will range from $35.00 to $75.00 depending on size and time required.

PRICING: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices and/or descriptions may change without notice due to changes in availability, manufacturer price fluctuations, and other various factors. You will be notified when a price change is encountered.
